Responsibility

  • Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and own the global PR and communications strategy aligned with overall business objectives

  • Identify and prioritize key media markets, audiences, and channels for maximum global impact

  • Set clear KPIs (e.g., share of voice, message pull-through, media sentiment) and manage the PR budget

  • Media Relations & Storytelling:

  • Serve as the primary global spokesperson and foster strong relationships with top-tier international business, tech, and industry media

  • Craft and pitch compelling stories—from major company milestones to product launches and executive thought leadership

  • Proactively manage global media inquiries and prepare spokespeople for interviews and public appearances

  • Content & Narrative Development:

  • Develop core global messaging platforms and narratives that ensure consistency across all regions and communications

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact press materials, including press releases, byline articles, briefing documents, and executive speeches for a global audience

  • Brand Building & Reputation Management:

  • Drive initiatives that build and protect the company's global reputation

  • Partner with regional teams to ensure local activation of global campaigns while maintaining brand integrity

  • Monitor global media landscape and sentiment, providing insights and managing potential issues

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Executive Leadership, and Regional teams to ensure an integrated communications approach

  • Manage and mentor a PR agency network across different regions for seamless execution


Qualifications

  • Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

  • 8+ years of progressive PR/communications experience, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-market role

  • Proven track record of securing high-impact coverage in top-tier international media

  • Exceptional English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in another major language is a strong plus

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful global PR strategies from conception to measurement

  • Strong media network and established relationships with global journalists

  • Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and agency partners

  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the Technology or SaaS sector
