Job Description

Primech Holdings is seeking a strategic, resourceful, and forward-thinking Senior Executive, Public Relations, Communications & Investor Relations to strengthen the company's reputation, credibility, and visibility among key stakeholders.

This role plays a critical part in shaping Primech's corporate narrative, driving media engagement, supporting investor communications, and producing high-impact strategic materials. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller with strong public relations foundations, excellent writing skills, and the ability to support cross-functional leadership on high-priority communication and investor-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Public Relations & Media Engagement

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies that align with business objectives, product milestones, and corporate initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry partners.

  • Draft and distribute press releases, statements, feature articles, and other corporate communication materials.

  • Coordinate and manage media interviews, press conferences, and publicity opportunities.

  • Track, analyse, and report media coverage provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

2. Corporate & Executive Communications

  • Create speeches, talking points, media advisories, and key communication materials for senior management.

  • Lead media pitching, media engagement efforts, and executive interview preparations.

  • Monitor industry developments, public sentiment, and relevant regulatory updates to ensure timely and strategic communication responses.

3. Social Media & Content Development

  • Oversee the strategy and content direction for corporate social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives aligned with brand objectives.

  • Produce compelling and on-brand content that strengthens engagement and supports public relations and IR campaigns.

4. Campaigns, Events & Public Relations Initiatives

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, public relations activations, and partnership initiatives.

  • Oversee branding, messaging, and creative assets for events, exhibitions, investor engagements, and key presentations.

  • Manage event-related media interactions, including press briefings, interviews, and promotional activities.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact outcomes.

5. Investor Relations (IR) & Strategic Materials Support

  • Assist Senior Management in developing and refining investor-facing materials, including investor presentations, quarterly updates, corporate decks, fact sheets, and strategic communication assets.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support investor insights and positioning.

  • Contribute to investor-related marketing materials and storytelling, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with corporate messaging.

  • Support the development of pitch decks, fundraising materials, and strategic proposals for leadership, especially for high-priority assignments from our CEO.

  • Ensure consistency and cohesion between public and invesotr relations narratives to strengthen the company's strategic communication framework.

6. Cross-Functional & Ad-Hoc Strategic Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate initiatives requiring communications or IR expertise.

  • Provide flexible, on-demand support for strategic projects and presentation materials as requested by our CEO.

  • Prepare slides, conduct research, draft content, and support strategic communication planning for internal and external stakeholders.

7. Research, Insights & Reporting

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, risks, and communication opportunities.

  • Monitor media coverage, investor sentiment, and broader industry conversations related to the company and its stakeholders.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of public relations, communications, and IR activities to guide continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or corporate environment.

  • Strong skills in corporate storytelling, brand messaging, and strategic communication.

  • Proven ability to develop content across multiple formats (press releases, speeches, social media, executive decks, corporate publications).

  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency with presentation and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).

  • Collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to support cross-functional stakeholders and ad-hoc projects.
