The Role
This is a part-time, commission-only role for a Business Development Consultant. The role will be focused entirely on deal-making and revenue generation, and you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and turning them into signed contracts. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting with potential clients, strategic networking, managing your own lead-gen or outreach campaigns, and taking relationships from 0 to close.
The role involves cultivating relationships with a long term view of business development, identifying suitable clients whose values and objectives align with ACID's, and driving the sustainable growth of the consultancy's clientele across markets of interest (Singapore, SEA, North America, Europe, HK, ANZ).

Salary Transparency
We believe in salary transparency. While this is a freelance, commission-only role and earnings depend on your ability to convert leads into signed engagements, as a practical guide, a realistic annual earnings range for this role is SGD 15,000 to SGD 36,000, with upside for consistently high performers who close larger retainers or multiple engagements regularly.
