Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Clinical/ Counselling Psychologist to join our team on Associate (freelance/ locum) basis. This role is ideal for a practitioner who values clinical independence and is looking to build or supplement their caseload within a supportive, professional environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Apply theoretical and professional knowledge to formulate good psychological assessment and select appropriate therapeutic interventions to work with individuals in optimising their mental health
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions using appropriate outcome measurements
- Maintain proper, accurate and confidential records
- Ensure services are planned and conducted within the guidelines of professional standards and ethics
Requirements:
- Minimum a Masters in Psychology specializing in Psychology from an accredited university
- Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) as a Registered Psychologist or an equivalent professional body
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
