The Provider Network Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the healthcare provider network to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care for members.
- Oversees the onboarding, credentialing, performance monitoring, and contract management of clinics, hospitals, and specialist partners.
- Nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with providers to enhance partnership engagement and service excellence.
- Ensures compliance with service standards, pricing structures, and operational guidelines, while driving network expansion to support business needs.
- Analysing claims trends, resolving provider-related issues, supporting audit activities, and working closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and cost containment initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Proven track record at least 5 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage
