Responsibilities
- Review and analyse tender documents to identify technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely bid proposals in line with client specifications.
- Coordinate with internal Engineering, Projects, and Sales teams to address clarifications and post‑submission queries.
- Perform cost estimations for project scopes, systems, and deliverables.
- Source, evaluate, and manage quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support pricing strategies through commercial evaluations, discussions, and negotiations.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure effective project handover.
- Provide commercial support during project execution when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in tendering, proposal, or cost estimation work is an added advantage.
- Exposure to HVAC systems and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) is an added advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Strong interest in smart buildings, automation, and emerging building technologies.
- Good communication, writing, analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
