Duties:
- Establish strong working partnerships with different Business Units by providing first line support in all HR related matters
- Ensure compliance to Company/HR practices, policies, procedures and statutory requirements
- Ensure smooth implementation and administration of employee welfare and benefits in accordance to Company policies
- Maintain and update employee records in Company's HRIS and P-files with accuracy and timeliness
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
- Posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews
- Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company
- Learning & Development + Training
- Manage leave applications and related documentation
- Support and manage employee relations and communication process
- Complete government related surveys and provide support during all audits
- Process and submit government claims
- Handle work pass applications and renewals
- Ensure accuracy of data submitted for payroll computation/administration
- Assist in quarterly billings
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
- Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company
- Other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in HRM or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR field (preferably in companies with more than 150 headcount)
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Meticulous and responsible with a positive attitude towards challenges
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and accountability
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft office
