PROPOSAL ENGINEER / SENIOR PROPOSAL ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibilities

. Prepare detailed cost estimates for firefighting system, Lifesaving appliances and safety equipment for biddings

. Analyse project requirements and specifications to determine the scope of work

. Collaborate with managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information

. Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

. Provide accurate and timely estimates to support project bidding and procurement processes

. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and tender documents

. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Requirment

. Min Degree / Diploma / ITE in Mechanical / Marine & offshore

. Min 3 - 5 years experience in firefighting system for offshore, oil & gas industries

. Strong understanding of firefighting system & lifesaving & safety systems and relevant regulations such as SOLAS, FSS & marine classification rules and regulations

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
