Job Description
- To assist the senior operations manager in all aspects of operations/building maintenance and all properties.
- Coordinate with the team on various facility matters and assist in operations issue.
- Assist to monitor the efficient operation of building's system and equipment.
- Manage tenancy design guidelines with tenants, which includes joint inspections for unit takeover and handover, design documentation and approval, compliance to regulatory guidelines and adhering to company's guidelines and schedules.
- Maintain policies and procedures for the building operations, maintenance, administration and management.
- Prepare monthly management reports, building circulars and memoranda.
- To raise request for quotations (RFQs), issue purchasing orders (POs) etc.
- Monitoring of license renewal date and status, vendor setup and other operations matters.
- Monitor contract status and renew the expiring contract.
- Responsible for maintaining the property management system for Operations department.
- Liaisons with internal and external stakeholders which includes tenants, vendors, etc.
- Supervise a team of technicians.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in property management or commercial building administration.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Presentation) and IT matters.
- Highly motivated, meticulous and willing to be cross-trained in various aspects of facilities.
- Able to perform multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assignments and manage operation with good leadership attributes.
- Team player with good communication and organization skills.
- Preferably experience/certification as Fire Safety Manager
