The Marketing Executive is responsible for managing sales and leasing enquiries, tenancy administration, and marketing activities to support the successful leasing and management of the Group's properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Look after sales, marketing and leasing related issues with high end residential condo in Sentosa
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for property sales and leasing activities.
- Source, identify, and secure prospective tenants to achieve occupancy targets.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units remain well-maintained and market-ready.
- Prepare and maintain leasing reports, tenancy schedules, and related records.
- Manage leasing processes, including lease offers, negotiations, renewals, and tenancy documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend marketing initiatives to enhance property visibility and competitiveness.
- Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with tenancy terms and lease covenants.
- Coordinate unit handover and takeover processes with tenants.
- Address tenant enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Foster strong tenant relationships to promote tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Verify the validity of tenants immigration and residency documents where applicable.
- Process and monitor payments to service providers accurately and on time.
- Liaise with managing agents and marketing agencies to organize tenant engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and corporate governance requirements.
- Manage all pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters for the Group's properties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to leasing and tenancy management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management or the Immediate Supervisor.
