Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service and guide clients through the property buying and selling process
- Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property regulations
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in real estate (CEA) will be advantageous
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with the local property market and industry regulations
