Manage the 5 outsourced SFM service providers to ensure that the common area maintenance works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements and planned preventive maintenance program.
Attend promptly to SFM related problems with emphasis on providing long term solutions.
Ensure all cleaning PPM tasks are scheduled and completed in a timely manner in the TAM system.
Conduct regular site inspections to check for facilities condition, chemical storage, irregularities, safety compliance, proper method statements etc.
Conduct monthly cleaning services performance inspection for all venues.
Provide administration support and prepare the FM reports, invoice verification, Minutes of Meeting, performance statistic reports, tonnage report, man-hours report, Safety Induction Course application etc.
Check and ensure all document required by SFM service providers are submitted on time.
To monitor the maintenance plans/schedules for soft FM services for cleaning, waste management and faade cleaning.
Conduct invitation to quote for the sourcing and procurement of ad hoc maintenance works. Also, support the SFM contract tender/ renewal process.
To monitor the performance of services vendors, subcontractors etc for delivery of soft FM services and adjust maintenance plans when necessary.
To administrate all finance related matters such as raising PR/SO.
Assist the team to develop and implement the project collaborations for the INCUBATE partnership program.
Render support and assistance to other venue events.
Any other duties that required by the reporting manager.
About You
Diploma in Project and Facilities Management.
At least 2 years of working experiences in Facilities Management related to Sports and Events.
