Job Summary
Manage and maintain residential and commercial property sites to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deliver exceptional service to residents and owners.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site inspections and conduct regulation checks to ensure properties are maintained to statutory standards and operational excellence
- Develop and implement replacement and improvement plans to enhance property conditions and value
- Deliver responsive customer service support to residents and property owners, resolving issues effectively to maintain satisfaction
- Prioritize and manage multiple property management tasks to meet operational deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with building statutory requirements and regulations
- Adapt to evolving property management needs by performing additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
Competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills and problem-solving abilities in property management contexts
- Effective communication and written skills to engage with stakeholders and document property management activities
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Passion for building management and property maintenance
- Availability to start immediately is advantageous
