Property Officer

• Conduct regular inspections of common property to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with authority standards

• Issue work orders and job instructions for maintenance works

• Supervise contractors to ensure works are completed satisfactorily and in accordance with contract terms

• Certify completed works and recommend payments

• Obtain necessary approvals, licences, and certifications from relevant authorities

• Enforce contractor warranties on behalf of the Town Council when required

• Handle feedback, joint inspections, and matters related to maintenance, common property, and arrears

• Attend to urgent estate issues and emergency cases

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field

• Training provided

• Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage

• Working Hours: 5.5 days work week

• Might be required to work beyond normal working hours in emergency cases

• Location: North-East

• Salary: Up to $3500
