Conduct regular inspections of common property to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with authority standards
Issue work orders and job instructions for maintenance works
Supervise contractors to ensure works are completed satisfactorily and in accordance with contract terms
Certify completed works and recommend payments
Obtain necessary approvals, licences, and certifications from relevant authorities
Enforce contractor warranties on behalf of the Town Council when required
Handle feedback, joint inspections, and matters related to maintenance, common property, and arrears
Attend to urgent estate issues and emergency cases
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
Training provided
Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
Might be required to work beyond normal working hours in emergency cases
Location: North-East
Salary: Up to $3500
