Job Description

Job Summary

Assist the Condominium Manager in overseeing daily estate operations to ensure efficient maintenance, safety, and resident satisfaction within the condominium environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain estate infrastructure and facilities
  • Conduct routine site inspections to verify cleanliness, safety standards, and upkeep of common areas
  • Liaise effectively with contractors, service providers, and residents to resolve maintenance issues and address feedback
  • Follow up on defects, service requests, and resident concerns to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance across security, cleaning, landscaping, and pest control services to uphold service quality
  • Verify accuracy of invoices, quotations, and work completion reports to support financial and operational controls
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and documentation to facilitate Council meetings and decision-making
  • Enforce compliance with house rules and estate regulations to maintain community standards
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Condominium Manager to support estate management objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or estate operations
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and estate operations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications to support documentation and reporting
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to engage stakeholders effectively
