Job Summary
Support the Facility Manager in overseeing daily building operations, leading teams and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards, while driving continuous improvement and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain commercial property site
- Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well-maintained
- Ensure building statutory requirements are complied with
- Ensure good record keeping and filing administration
- Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites
- Provide essential customer service support staff to the tenants and owners
- Other job related and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance will be advantageous
- Good leadership ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing and approachable
- Possess good customer service skills
- Good decision-making skills and effective problem solver
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with commercial or residential properties is advantageous
