Oversee day-to-day property operations and supervise on-site management teams to ensure smooth performance.
Manage leasing processes, including marketing of vacancies, tenant selection, negotiations, and tenancy administration.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor property maintenance, upgrades, and improvement projects.
Establish and track KPIs for property performance and team effectiveness.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and high service standards.
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and management reports monitor operational costs.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate with teams across multiple countries and regions and ensure consistent management standards.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building / Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
3- 4 years of relevant experience in property or asset management.
Exposure to industrial and/or warehouse properties is an advantage, including basic understanding of property operations.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple countries.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. (Daily work includes communicating with the headquarters and clients in China and writing reports in Chinese)
