Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a
Property Manager for Shaw Tower. Reporting to the Center Manager, this role is responsible for supervising daily operations staff, ensuring high standards of property facilities and services, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to enhance the property's reputation and value.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all documents relating to the property operations of the Centre are prepared and managed in accordance with company policies & procedures.
- Ensure the Centre property operations to all related Authority and Statutory requirements.
- Preparation, forecasting, review and management of CAPEX and Sinking Fund budgets and works.
- Management of the Centre's OHS compliance with all authority and statutory requirements, as those requirements relate to the Centre's property operations.
- Coordination of, and active involvement in all Emergency and Evacuation training and procedures, and the Centres Fire Safety and Essential Services and Environmental Audits.
- Incidents monitoring and reporting including investigation and management of incidents and claims.
- Review of Centre's incident statistics and actively encourage continuous improvement processes to reduce incidents at the Centre.
- Regular review of Building SOP and ensure full compliance by staff, administer tenancy matters.
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure the centre's M&E meets the required efficiency and complies with all local codes and authorities regulations.
- Asset liability daily, weekly and monthly inspections of the Centre.
- Preparation of the property operations sections of the Centre Monthly reports and quarterly Asset Review reports.
- Management of the procurement/tender process from the preparation of the Scope of Works through to the awarding of any contracts/agreements.
- Promote good landlord and tenant relationships.
- Actively managing the interface between the Centre Management Team, the Development Team and Construction Team relating to the Centre property operations.
