Property Manager (Contract, Commercial Properties)

• Oversee the daily operations of the shopping malls by supervising a team of property officers, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, propose and implement improvement initiatives, and address feedback, complaints, and service requests from clients.
• Handle tenancy and lease management matters, as well as advertising and promotions activities.
• Prepare and submit management reports to the client as required.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Project and Facilities Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience leading a team in managing commercial properties. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management will also be considered.
