Job scope
- Ensuring all rentals from tenants are being paid on time
- Preparing of tenancy agreements and all related paper works
- Attending to feedbacks and complaints on building works / M&E matters
- Marketing and advertising of vacant units
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture, Building, Civil/Structure Mechanical or Facilities Management
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Candidates with Fire Safety Manager certificate will be at advantage
- Only Singaporean need to apply
- Able to start within short notice
