A Property Management Assistant supports the Property Manager by handling administrative, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination tasks. Key responsibilities include answering enquiry calls, scheduling periodic maintenance tasks & repairs which often include strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in property management processes.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
- Administrative Support: Attend to enquiry calls, manage emails, schedule appointments, and maintain files and records.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, handle complaints, process move-ins/move-outs, and assist with lease administration.
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, oversee maintenance contractors, and assist in inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Marketing and Viewings: Help market the property by conducting tours for prospective tenants and advertising vacancies.
Requirements
- Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer service orientation.
- Technical:Proficiency with Reporting work log.
Familiarity with property management processes.
- Knowledge:Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to property management and house rules.
- Education and Experience: At least N Level, O level, NTC certificate is sufficient.
Previous experience in property management is not required as training will be provided.
Part Time position: works once a week, 3 -4 hours a day
