Property Maintenance Technician (Multi-Site)

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of multiple residential and commercial properties. The role involves general upkeep, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating repairs to ensure all properties remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

. Perform general maintenance and repair work across multiple properties.

. Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

. Carry out basic electrical and plumbing repairs when required.

. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when needed.

. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.

. Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.

. Support minor renovation or improvement projects.

. Travel between properties as required.

Requirements

. Valid driving licence and ability to travel between properties.

. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

. Certification or formal training in Electrical and Plumbing.

. Minimum 2-3 years experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or similar role.

. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.

. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience maintaining residential or commercial properties.

. Basic handyman skills (painting, carpentry, minor repairs).
