- Supervise maintenance and installation activities of property systems and facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components.
- Manage vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, faades, and landscaped areas.
- Support or lead minor development projects, such as EV charger or solar panel installations, and faade repainting.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Oversee solar power systems, including monitoring output, scheduling maintenance, and resolving issues.
- Manage and maintain hydro-farming facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and productivity standards.
- Promote and support integration of green technologies within the property.
- Plan and execute periodic inspections to maintain high property standards.
- Assist leasing teams with technical aspects of properties, especially for newer amenities like EV chargers and recreational facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, warranties, utilities, and contractor performance.
- Ensure all installations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines.
- Prepare technical and operational reports for management review.
