PROPERTY EXECUTIVE / SENIOR TECH

Able to manage few properties on hand, liaise with landlord, main contractors and contractors.

Able to work on weekend and public holiday if needed.

Have technical knowledge on building facilities and M&E services.

Able to work independently and able to hands on if needed.

Able to create costing based on SOR provided.
