Job Description
- Support the Property Manager
- Supervise sub-contractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment
- Assist Property Manager in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with Authority/Statutory regulations
- Conduct regular audits of building and Systems
- Assist Property Manager in supervising minor projects or improvement, repair & replacement works.
- Ensure that works are completed on time
- Prepare submissions and justify for variations of work to be done.
- Attend to service requests, fault reporting, feedback and enquiries.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, Building or Facilities or Real Estate Management
- at least 3 years of experience in facilities management
