Lead strategic facilities management operations across our portfolio, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and sustainable practices. This senior executive role requires expertise in large-scale facility operations, team leadership, and strategic planning to support organizational objectives through world-class facility services.
Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead long-term planning for space utilization, capital improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives. Drive innovation in facility services delivery and emerging technology adoption.
Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, cleaning, and maintenance services. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage emergency response protocols and business continuity planning.
Financial Management Develop and manage annual facilities budgets totaling $X million. Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality standards. Oversee vendor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management. Analyze and report on key performance metrics and operational costs.
Team Leadership Direct a team of facilities professionals including managers, technicians, and administrative staff. Foster professional development through coaching, training programs, and succession planning. Establish performance standards and accountability measures across the organization.
Stakeholder Relations Partner with senior leadership on workplace strategy and space planning initiatives. Collaborate with real estate, IT, and security teams on integrated facility solutions. Manage relationships with key vendors, contractors, and service providers.
