Supervise Subcontractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment.
Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations (i.e. conducting regular audits of building and systems)
Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works and supervise the works.
Prepare and justify for variation of works
Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements.
Requirement:
Diploma from a recognized tertiary establishment in any discipline of building, facilities or engineering (with M&E background preferred) and a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in providing integrated facilities management services preferred.
