Property Executive, Commercial (HDB)

Property & Asset Management (facilities) Singapore

What this job involves:

Oversee the day-to-day operations

You will oversee a team of officers and term contractors in the day-to-day operations of the site/ sites as well as ensuring client reporting requirements are met. This includes undertaking any duties assigned by the Management or the Immediate Superior. You will ensure our team and vendors carries out their daily roles in ensuring the sites are upkeep satisfactory and work with client and tenants to provide update and resolve their issues. You will also be assisting the Management to ensure processes are adopted and drive value-add initiatives to our clients.

Being responsible

You will be conducting regular checks on essential equipment at sites to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times. You will also conduct regular meetings with our officers and term contractors to ensure that the services are carried out in accordance with the standards set by OMS/ Management. You will ensure safety compliance at sited in terms of public safety and contractors work are adhered and review safety documentations to ensure safety and health risk are mitigated

We want to ensure that the clients are provided with high standards of service at all times. Being responsible also means that you will have regular engagement with tenants to ensure our services delivery as an managing agent for HDB are to their satisfaction.

Assisting the Property Manager

You will be assisting the Property Manager in the supervision of appointed term contracts as well as JLL team member performance under your site/sites. This includes verification of their work done, ensure assigned tasks are carried out on time and ensure assessment made to our clients are correct. You will also assist to provide additional support to the site officers to supervise any major repair and A&A works as well as attend to emergency events. You will assist the Property Manager to mentor the team on adopting correct processes, offer technical support and aligning client and management requirements with the team

Sound like you To apply you need to be:

Knowledgeable And Experienced

Technically trained with at least a polytechnic Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Facilities Management/ Building Services) or the equivalent, and at least 2 years of relevant working experience or such other relevant field, or in the alternative, possess at least 5 years of managerial experience in the field of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Facilities Management/ Building Services
