- Oversee maintenance and smooth operation of property systems and facilities
- Manage contractors and vendors for upkeep of sports, faade, and landscaped areas
- Lead minor projects such as EV chargers, solar panels, and repainting works
- Monitor solar power and hydro farming systems to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Promote sustainable technologies and maintain high property standards through inspections
- Support leasing team with technical input on modern amenities
- Keep accurate records and ensure all works meet safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in property management, with exposure to technical systems.
- Prior working experience with Solar PV systems, building faade repairs/painting, sports/recreational facilities, hydroponic farming setups, EV charger installations
- Good understanding of building safety codes, preventive maintenance, and sustainability trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with CMMS or property management software is a plus.
