Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable business growth and expansion through broker channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Design, implement, and manage broker partnership programs
- Track and analyze underwriting performance and trends
- Ensure all risks are assessed and underwritten in line with the company's risk management and reinsurance policies
- Oversee credit control processes to ensure adherence to debtor day targets
- Serve as a technical expert for resolving complex queries
- Optimize departmental workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and team-building initiatives
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience in P&C Classes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Brokers business
