Job scope
- Ensuring & follow up all rentals from tenants are being paid on time
- Preparing of tenancy agreements and all related paper works filling
- Attending feedback and complaints on building works / M&E matters
- Marketing and advertising of vacant units
- Renew and maintain valid licenses with Authority
- Liaise with Government Authority, if any
- Handle workers dormitory matters
- Coordinate with workers on maintenance, servicing and repair works for facilities
- Perform general clerical and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Architecture, Building, Civil/Structure Mechanical, Facilities Management or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Candidates with Fire Safety Manager certificate will be at advantage
- Only Singaporean need to apply
- Able to start within short notice
