Your Mission as a Prompt Engineer
As our Prompt Engineer, you&aposll shape the 'brains' behind our product crafting and refining the language and logic that powers our power buttons (modular prompt-based tools) across the app.
You will:
- Build, test, and improve prompt chains for content generation (e.g., speeches, one-pagers, DMs, stories, marketing plans)
- Convert Eric Fengs frameworks and user profile data into smart, personalized AI workflows
- Work closely with the product, coaching, and tech teams to ensure responses are useful, structured, and aligned with user goals
- Continuously improve prompt performance by analyzing chat logs and user feedback
- Stay ahead of the curve on LLM capabilities, prompt design techniques, and speaker user personas
Skills Youll Need
Must-Have:
- Deep experience with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in building multi-step prompt chains
- Excellent writing and logic structuring skills
- Familiarity with personal development, public speaking, or education-based products
- Comfort interpreting user input and turning frameworks into reusable prompt modules
Bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of Eric Fengs work or personal branding / speaker training
- Experience with ReAct, few-shot prompt engineering, or toolformer-style agents
- Prior exposure to Skool, Thinkific, Kajabi, or other coaching platforms
- Mandarin or Southeast Asian language proficiency
