The PROMIS MES is the system of record for all Parts, Production Flows, Tools and WIP. As a PROMIS Specialist, you will be responsible to improve Factory automation and reduce person to machine ration significantly
Responsibilities & Duties
- Architect endtoend Factory Automation solutions for a specific tool type and design scalable frameworks that can be extended across multiple tool types.
- Drive automation of lot processing workflows, significantly reducing manual touchpoints from cassette placement through lot start and lot completion.
- Design and implement scalable, reusable automation architectures that can be expanded to other areas of the production floor.
- Develop detailed requirements, functional specifications, and design documents aligned with manufacturing and automation standards.
- Lead and execute integration of PROMIS MES with EyeLit MES and Advanced Process Control (APC) systems.
- Implement solutions in accordance with approved design specifications, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support deployment and production rollout of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, IT, and automation stakeholders to ensure seamless solution adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS) or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Semiconductor Factory Automation environments.
- Strong handson expertise with PROMIS MES, including configuration and integration.
- Proven experience integrating PROMIS MES with other factory systems and applications.
- Working knowledge of EyeLit MES is a strong advantage.
- Ability to architect scalable and standardized automation solutions across highvolume manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with crossfunctional global teams.
