Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Singapore sales channels to achieve company objectives and strategic goals.
- Drive achievement of monthly and year-to-date sales and profit targets by account.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and accurate reporting on all sales enquiries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while overseeing the development and launch of new product initiatives.
- Set and agree on pricing strategies in collaboration with Management.
- Maintain steady new business growth while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and budget projections.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, with monthly updates on progress.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Construction or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in projects sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing timely reports.
- Apply strategic thinking to develop new business in untapped areas.
- Confidently present to multiple decision makers across diverse market segments.
- Represent the company appropriately in all customer dealings, compliance with local regulations, and external relations.
