Role Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Operations Executive to drive end-to-end delivery across digital solutions, HR consulting, workforce initiatives, and education/training programs. This is an incredible opportunity for a professional with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to dive deep into project & operations strategy

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of project execution, stakeholder management, and operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has strong operations and project management fundamentals, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 1–2+ years of experience in Project Management / Consulting / Digital Solutions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & agile environment 
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Candidates from relevant disciplines with strong project management experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of digital solutions such as automation tools, CRM systems, chatbot is an advantage
