- Correspond with customers and third parties/contractors on project / customer requirement.
- Provide an acceptable standard of customer satisfaction during contacts with clients via email, telephone, etc.
- Work effectively with sales team and operations personnel to minimize delays and meet datelines.
- Liaise with vendors / contractors on cargo arrangement.
- Co-ordinate with in-house operations on cargo requirement / details.
- Monitor of shipment schedule.
- Generation of job sheets / checklists for invoicing.
- Verification of suppliers invoices.
- Filing of shipment / project completed.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by management if any.
