PROJECTS DIRECTOR

La Bottega Collective is a group of companies providing luxury guest amenities to the hospitality sector all over the world. The companies design, manufacture, distribute and sell a wide range of cosmetics, beauty products and OS&E solutions to prestigious hotels.

ROLE
We are looking for a Project Director to join our growing team in Singapore under La Bottega Far East.
The Project Director leads the end-to-end delivery of luxury hospitality projects, guiding them from early concept through design development, production, and final execution. This role serves as the central orchestrator between clients and internal teams, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and operational excellence expected in the luxury hotel sector. The Project Director balances strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, aligning client expectations, commercial objectives, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery
- Oversee the full lifecycle of luxury hospitality projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project planning, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor progress across all phases and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule, cost, or quality.
- Ensure that final deliverables meet the required specifications, design intent, and brand standards.

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client vision, operational needs, and brand positioning, translating them into actionable project requirements.
- Manage expectations through clear communication, progress updates, and strategic guidance.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central liaison between Sales, Procurement, Design, and Production teams.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment between departments to achieve project goals.
Facilitate decision-making and maintain efficient communication flows across internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing complex projects inluxury hospitality, interior design, architecture, or high-end FF&E environments.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness with a track record in supporting or generating new business opportunities.
