Review and validate layouts for kitchen and wardrobe (Modular system furniture) to ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct detailed site measurements and ensure full alignment with approved shop/sales drawings.
Verify appliance specifications and locations to ensure proper fit, coordination, and integration with cabinetry works.
Ensure all electrical, gas, plumbing, and mechanical (MEP) provisions are properly planned, coordinated, and executed.
Review and mark up cabinet/shop drawings with accurate utility routing (plumbing, gas, electrical), highlighting discrepancies and proposing solutions.
Liaise with designers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Prepare, review, and manage all project documentation required for procurement, production, and installation.
Obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs from clients, consultants, and builder representatives for any design or site changes.
Plan, schedule, and oversee site activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and monitor work progress before, during, and after installation.
Ensure all works meet client expectations, project specifications, and company quality standards.
Coordinate internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external parties for seamless project execution.
Proactively identify risks, delays, or technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
Report project status, progress, and issues to management, with timely escalation when required.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation, including progress updates and variation orders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and workflow enhancements.
Assist in R&D, product development, and setting up/improving production systems where required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1520 years of relevant experience in modular cabinetry / system furniture / interior fit-out industry, with proven site management experience.
Strong background in interior construction, carpentry, and cabinetry detailing.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural / Construction), Interior Design, or related field.
Solid understanding of MEP coordination (electrical, plumbing, gas) in residential or commercial projects.
Proven ability to troubleshoot site issues, provide technical solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Familiar with local authority regulations, codes, and safety requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3ds Max / SketchUp / BIM tools is an advantage.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and installation methods for system furniture.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian (preferred.
