As a Project Support Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Project Services team to ensure smooth execution of project activities on site.
Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase requisitions and track purchase orders related to projects
- Provide administrative support to Project Services team
- Support time writing activities for Business
- Coordinate site passes, inductions, and access requirements including logistics arrangement (if needed)
- Maintain manpower records, attendance, and site documentation
- Well verse with SAP experience
Requirements:
