Project Supply Chain Coordinator

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.45pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $3600 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of project materials, from purchase order issuance to successful delivery at project sites.
- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments and smooth customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and support project schedules.
- Oversee inbound logistics activities including inventory tracking, replenishment planning, and handling marine insurance documentation where required.
- Review logistics processes and shipment documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare periodic logistics reports and provide cost analysis to support warehouse operations and overall supply chain performance.
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in SAP for business and sales operations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
