PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Project Site Operations Supervisor

Job Description: Conduct site survey and prepare risk assessments, safe operation procedures etc and submit to customer for approval on the task.

. Brief the team on the RA, SOP prior to the collection or maintenance, conduct toolbo meeting.

. Perform inspections at various project site.

. Plan manpower, stores, equipment and other support required to execute projects.

. Check and test store equipments are in correct quantity and good working order and condition.

. Coordinate with customer for onsite requirements and conduct LMRA if necessary.

. Execute and complete projects safely, on time and meeting customer satisfaction and provide feedback when needed.

. Check and ensure proper documentation of movement of stores.

. Conduct training on safety and operations aspects/ toolbox meeting/roll call/On JobTraining.

. Lead a team of workers only at project site.

. Attend WWTP maintenance daily and create update the record.

. Conduct minor checking or maintenance if required.

. Coordinate and lead for emergency response (Day/Night).

Minimum Requirement:

.Diploma in Mechanical, or NITEC qualification with at least 2 years of relevant job experience

. Possesses Class 3/4 driving license

. Must be Independent, confidence, resourceful, safety conscious and demonstrate strong work integrity to complete assignments efficiently and effectively

. Proficient in MS Words and Excel

. Able to commit weekend/PH duties
