PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project standards and timelines.
• Deliver targeted training to workers to enhance skills and promote safe work practices.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations among all workers to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate and schedule regular meetings with Project Managers, Safety Personnel, and co-workers to align project objectives and safety protocols.
• Manage and process construction-related paperwork accurately to support project documentation.
