Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Site & Project Coordination: Managing day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and delegating tasks to engineers, workers, and subcontractors.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring strict adherence to safety standards (e.g., WSH, BCSS) and quality requirements.
- Progress Reporting: Monitoring progress against schedules and providing daily reports on project status.
- Material/Equipment Management: Coordinating the ordering, delivery, and efficient use of materials and tools.
- Communication: Acting as the liaison between site teams, management, and sometimes external clients.
