Job Description

Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of day-to-day operations on project sites.
Monitor work progress, site productivity, and resolve any delays or issues that may affect project timelines.
Supervise site staff, subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work completion.
Do proper documentation of planning and all changes in specifications, work scope, and technical drawings.
Ensure to avoiding material overstocking and minimizing waste for each project.
Manage manpower allocation and overtime costs, ensure labour productivity.
Prepare and submit progress reports, work updates daily.
To ensure safety regulations and promote safe work practices at all times.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
