Key Responsibilities: Site Supervisor

1. Lead the Team

• Supervise workers and subs, assign daily tasks, and check work quality.

2. Enforce Safety

• Ensure everyone follows safety rules, wears PPE, and fix hazards immediately.

3. Coordinate Work

• Keep work on schedule. Communicate daily with project managers, engineers, and other trades.

4. Manage Materials

• Order and track materials and equipment so the crew has what they need, when they need it.

5. Track Progress

• Report daily on work completed, delays, and any issues to the project manager.

6. Solve Problems

• Handle onsite issues, conflicts, or delays quickly to keep the project moving.
