Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Site Supervision & Execution: Directs daily site activities, managing staff, subcontractors, and resources to meet project milestones.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensures all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitors work to ensure it meets company, client, and industry specifications.
- Resource Coordination: Manages materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Planning & Scheduling: Follows planned schedules and manages project changes or scope creep.
- Troubleshooting: Acts as the primary point of contact for resolving issues on site.
- Reporting: Provides regular progress updates and reports to project managers.
