Project Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
• Review drawings, plans, and technical documents to ensure proper execution of work.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of resources on site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to relevant party.
• Verify completed work and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
• Manage workforce allocation and supervise productivity of site personnel.
• Maintain accurate site records, including inspections, incidents, and work progress.
• Support project managers in achieving project objectives within budget and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Higher Nitec and above in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience if any as a Site Supervisor or similar construction role.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project documentation.
• Valid safety certifications preferred (if required by local regulations) BCSS, Work at Height etc
• Class 3 License Required
• Willing to travel to different work sites
• Willing to work outside normal office hours including weekends and public holidays, as and when required.
