Project Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial and residential renovation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling multiple renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage renovation projects for both commercial and residential properties.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets monitor and control project expenses.

- Lead site meetings, manage work progress, and resolve any site issues or delays promptly.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.

- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and materials specifications.

- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.

- Oversee site supervision teams and subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.

- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management and clients.

- Handle variation orders, project claims, and contractual matters professionally.

- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial and residential renovation projects.
