Reporting to: Head of Operations
Role Overview
This role serves as the key link between project delivery and operational execution of Smart Locker & Smart Vending solutions. The individual will coordinate project requirements with clients and internal teams while overseeing technicians to ensure smooth deployment, maintenance, and service quality across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
. Liaise with clients to understand and document project requirements
. Coordinate with software developers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
. Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and milestones
. Coordinate logistics for delivery and installation
. Oversee testing and commissioning processes
. Act as main point of contact between client, operations, and technical teams
Operations & Maintenance Management
. Supervise and manage technicians (daily reporting and performance)
. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
. Ensure timely resolution of service issues
. Monitor service quality and operational standards
. Oversee spare parts inventory and stock levels
Coordination & Process Improvement
. Ensure alignment between project delivery and maintenance readiness
. Identify operational gaps and propose improvements
. Maintain proper documentation for projects and maintenance records
. Support Head of Operations in improving efficiency and service quality
Key Requirements
. Experience in project coordination and/or operations management
. Ability to manage both technicians and projects simultaneously
. Strong organizational and communication skills
. Comfortable working with technical teams (hardware/software)
. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
. Basic knowledge in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
