Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of the project assigned to him by Project Engineer
- Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others
- Assist in handling and storing of materials and equipment
- Reduce and minimise wastage of materials and equipment
- Supervise the sub-contractors work
- Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery
- Ensure proper handover of the project to the customer upon project completion
- Ensure safety practices are followed
- Assist engineer in carrying out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site
- Conduct quality checks of sub contractor or vendor works daily
- Handle site inspections, to arrange and attend to site inspections with RTO
- Arrange site inspections with client or main contractor's representative and update site installation progress
- Update the drafter on site changes regularly
- Arrange and obtain permit to work before execution of site activities
- Raise non-conformance product reports for nonconforming products
- Carried out assignment as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
